At AltMo, we want you to love your custom figurine. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return & Refund Policy:
- If your figurine arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- Since each figurine is custom-made based on your photo, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind reasons.
- If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@altmomnt.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll review your request within 2 business days and provide a solution.
