1. Service Process Description
Our store provides customized 3D printing figurine services for real person/image photos. The complete service process is as follows:
The customer places an order and completes the payment, submitting reference photos that meet the requirements;
After receiving the order and materials, we will complete the digital modeling in order and provide rendering effects;
Customers confirm the rendering or provide clear modification suggestions;
After confirming the rendering, we officially enter the process of model optimization and 3D printing production;
After the finished product passes the quality inspection, arrange for shipment and synchronously push logistics information.
2. Rules for confirming renderings
The rendering will be sent to the customer through the email, internal message, or customer service channel bound to the order;
Customers are required to provide feedback within 48 hours of receiving the rendering, clearly stating whether to confirm production or propose specific modification requirements;
If the customer does not respond within 48 hours, it will be deemed as confirmation of the rendering, and we will automatically initiate the subsequent production process. After confirmation, we will no longer accept any design adjustments.
3. Production cycle description
The standard customization cycle starts from the day after the confirmation of the rendering (including default confirmation) and lasts for 10 natural days;;
In case of special circumstances such as peak order periods, equipment maintenance, or force majeure, the production cycle may be slightly delayed. We will inform the customer in advance through customer service.
4. Modify and adjust the rules
In the rendering stage, we provide 2 free fine-tuning opportunities, covering minor adjustments such as facial expression details, posture angles, and basic color matching, but not including overall styling reconstruction or significant changes to character features;
Additional design fees will be charged based on the complexity of the modifications required for adjustments beyond the free limit, and the specific amount will be confirmed through negotiation between both parties;
Once the rendering is confirmed (including default confirmation), no design modifications or changes to the order content will be accepted after entering the production phase.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This product is an exclusive personalized customized product and does not support 7-day no reason return or exchange. Order cancellation and refund will be processed in the following stages:
Before the rendering is issued, the customer requests to cancel the order: full refund of the paid amount;
After the rendering is issued and before formal confirmation, if the customer applies to cancel the order: after deducting 30% of the order amount as the design service fee, the remaining amount will be refunded;
After the confirmation of the rendering (including default confirmation) and before the completion of the production, if the customer requests to cancel the order, no refund will be issued. We will still complete the production and ship according to the agreement;
The finished product has quality issues such as non-human printing defects and structural fractures. Customers can provide proof within 48 hours after signing to apply for after-sales service. We will provide a free remake or corresponding refund plan.
6. Copyright and Portrait Rights Statement
The customer shall ensure that the photos and materials provided have legal usage rights and portrait rights authorization. If any legal disputes arise due to material infringement, the customer shall bear all responsibilities and have nothing to do with us;
We reserve the copyright of the digital model files and design renderings used in the production process. Without our written permission, customers are not allowed to use them for commercial dissemination, secondary sales, or other profit-making purposes;
Customized figurines only support personal collection and use, and customers are not allowed to use them for mass production, commercial sales, and other activities.
7. Disclaimer clause
We will not be held responsible for the insufficient restoration of the finished product due to reasons such as blurry photos, incomplete angles, low pixel count, and insufficient reference information provided by the customer;
There may be slight color differences and subtle layer marks between 3D printed products and digital renderings, which are normal process phenomena and not quality issues;
If the production or delivery is delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemic control, policy changes, logistics control, etc.), we will not be held responsible for the delay, but we will actively coordinate and promote the order.
